Our Worship Services -1

'Sing to the Lord a new song; sing to the Lord, all the earth. Sing to the Lord, praise his name; proclaim his salvation day after day. Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous deeds among all peoples.'

(Psalm 96:1-3 - Holy Bible, New International Version)

To truly appreciate who God is, and what He has done for us, can only be met with a response of thanks and praise. We gather to worship for that reason - to sing and declare the praises of God in the power of the Holy Spirit, and hear and respond to His word to us (the Bible).

Sunday @ 10.30am is our main family worship, with songs led by a music group, engaging bible teaching, groups for primary aged children, and a toddler area for preschoolers. On the 1st Sunday we all stay together for our all-age worship.

We try and make the 10.30am service informal for visitors who may not have been in a church before, so the people leading will not be wearing robes. We also try to make this service dynamic and creative, so there'll be lots of use of video and contemporary worship songs as well as old favourites, that speak of the timeless truths of Jesus. Tea & coffee is served afterwards. Holy Communion is usually shared twice a month.

Wednesday @ 11am is a simple service of Holy Communion, with a 15 minute talk on a passage from the Bible. We usually start by singing a hymn. This is a formal service, where the leader will be robed.
